Terms of Service

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide an accurate email and be old enough to consent in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian or teacher do so).

Use the Service to learn and make music. Don't attempt to disrupt it, resell access, abuse the AI tools to generate prohibited content, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own the projects, recordings and content you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and process them so we can provide the Service to you (including cloud sync where enabled).

AI-assisted tools (e.g. MIDI idea generation) are creative aids and may produce imperfect results. You're responsible for how you use their output.

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Pro, EDU) are billed as shown on the Pricing page and managed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

The Service is provided "as is". We may update features, plans or these terms; material changes appear here. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
